"We have been overwhelmed with the love and support felt and received over the last few weeks from our "family" of Ellon Parish Church. God's love in action. Thank you."

What to expect at Ellon Parish Church

Sunday Worship and our Community
The first time ever (or after some time away) at a church can seem daunting. That's why we have put together some information so that you know what to expect at Ellon Parish Church, and what to do if you are thinking about joining us in some way.
Ellon Parish Church  is a vibrant, active, and engaged Christian community. We come together to worship and to live in fellowship with our faith and the people around us. Our primary goal is to be disciples of Jesus Christ and as such we are called to create and develop Christian community so our journeys in faith and life are not undertaken alone.

While our worship services remain the primary focus of our community we recognize the potential barriers some people have to attending whether this is work, sports, or maybe you don’t yet feel comfortable coming to a worship service and feel called to participate in a different way. There are many events running throughout the year for people of all ages within the church and community. So no matter your age, whether you are single, a couple, with or without kids, there is something for you at Ellon Parish Church.
Check out our calendar, or our social media accounts to keep up to date with everything that is going on. Pick up a the Bridge Magazine or our parish newsletter which has more information, we also have a mailing list which can keep you up to date and allow you to receive the magazine and newsletter by email!

As with everything else in Ellon Parish Church please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns, we will always try our best to help in whatever way we can.

At all of our worship services you will be greeted with a smile and a welcome from one of our welcome team. They are the first point of contact and can answer any questions you have.

They can help you find a seat, someone to sit with, someone to talk to, or any information you need about our service or our community.

If you would prefer to speak in a more private setting there is a welcome station at the back of the church dedicated to welcoming guests, they can also provide you with support, information, a buddy to sit with, and any help that you might need or want.

There is no such thing as a bad question so please feel free to ask for or about anything and we will try our best to help in whatever way we can.

There are no assigned seats, and nothing is reserved for members, you are welcome, and encouraged to participate in whatever way you feel comfortable.

There is no dress code; we always value comfort over style.

The doors of the church will be open 30 minutes before services begin. You can come any time.
